Safe – Daddy is a remarkable company and Zach saved the day for us. My 14 year old American Security safe’s La Gard keypad was failing badly. I was searching for a reputable service company and fortuitously came across Safe – Daddy. I called and learned I was living in such a remote area that onsite support would be very costly. Zach had me explain problem and photograph the safe’s details. He suggested a compatible replacement keyboard and offered to instruct me / coach me through the full replacement process. I am mechanically inclined after a lifetime of motorcycling and gunsmithing as a hobby. Upon receipt of the replacement keypad I texted Zach and between a lengthy exchange of texts, photos and phone calls my safe is good as new (maybe better with the dual battery system Zach suggested). Please note Zach VOLUNTEERED to help me on his time. This company is golden in my book and if you need service or sales advice they are the company to call. I don’t know Zach but after all this help I know I call him a true friend. Thanks again Zach for making a big difference in my life. Much Respect.
